Our dough is made from locally made starter and wheat flour ground and purchased from Lost River Market in Paoli, Indiana. Our sour dough bread is a very old recipe with fermented dough that's healthy to digest.
Our menu items are available as vegan options. Our vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes can be customized to suit your taste. If it's not already on our menu, just ask for it and we'll make it.
Our brick fired oven is a handmade brick oven that we heat up with oak fire wood grown and gathered right here on our farm. It takes about 8 hours to heat up so we can make a quality pizza with local ingredients.
Baked fresh daily in our own kitchen, we offer several varieties of breads, rolls, baguettes, and croissants. Enjoy them on their own or make it into a sandwich.
We prefer locally grown meat when supplies are available. Grass fed and as close to organic as you'll find on your Grandaddy's farm. USDA certified of course.
Selected each day from local growers at farmers markets and co-ops, we use only fresh organic produce in all of our dishes. Fruits and vegetables are crisp and juicy.
